Out of the gate, this was a great company to deal with!
Along with two other neighbors, we were all looking to have our roofs replaced.
I had reached to a total of (5) roofing companies. (2) of which never returned my calls (they were large, local roofing companies).
The other two eventually came out and got back to me later with proposals and their schedules.
Advantage actually answer the phone when I called & Jose called back and offered to swing by the same day I called.
Jose hopped up on our roofs, took his measurements and he left us with pricing and a rough timetable as to when they could be out to complete our re-shingling. All of this in the same day I made my initial call. I was impressed!
Dawn kept us up to date all along the way with weather updates & scheduling. Thank you Dawn!!
They completed all 3 of our roofs in one day! Impressed again!
They cleaned up their mess and our roofs were completed with no issues or complaints! Yup, impressed yet again!!
Other neighbors have since had their roofs replaced by Advantage as well
Great company all-around to deal with & I would highly recommend them to anyone!
