I recently hired this company to replace a leaky skylight. Finding the leak was hard, and the Sales VP personally came out, got on the roof, and poked around. Still couldn’t find it, so I paid for a full replacement. The technicians who fixed it were polite and highly skilled. When the ywent to buy the materials, a company rep called me and gave me the option of whether to replace the actual window or not. It was a sizable difference in cost, and the company could have easily NOT called me and just billed me the full amount. I found this to be a highly ethical gesture since they cared more about me getting a good value than they did about their own revenue. Overall very happy with the quality of the work and the people. The president even sent me a letter thanking me for my business. This is what great customer service looks like, people.
